Open Positions

The Cadwell Lab is currently recruiting highly motivated individuals to join our research team. We are looking for team members with a broad range of skills/interests including, but not limited to: electrophysiology, molecular biology, single-cell omics, and bioinformatics. We are committed to promoting an inclusive environment where people of any physical ability designation, gender, sexual orientation, age, race/ethnicity, religion, cultural background, or socioeconomic status feel welcome and can achieve their full potential.

We are located in the Joan and Sanford I. Weill Neurosciences Building on the UCSF Mission Bay Campus, which opened its doors in July 2021. The six-floor, 282,500-square-foot building houses clinics and research centers, as well as laboratory, engineering and computational research space. The building is designed to foster collaborations that can fuel medical breakthroughs by bringing world-class researchers and doctors from different neuroscience disciplines together under one roof. It features state-of-the-art equipment and inviting spaces for meetings and collaboration. The Mission Bay campus is located on the relatively warm and sunny side of the SF peninsula, only minutes from downtown. University housing options are available adjacent to the building.
